1 Conditions of participation
The following special conditions for participation in the Interaspa praxis are legally binding on all points with exhibitor registration. The overall conditions form the legal basis for the participation in the Event.

6 Registration
To order a booth send the completed and signed registration forms.
The exhibitor agrees to changes in the location of the booth within the exhibition.
Special placement requirements as condition for participation cannot be accepted.
Conditional registrations are also not taken into account. Registration via the registration
form must be done correctly and clearly. The consequences of an improperly completed application are borne by the exhibitor. By submitting the application, the exhibitor acknowledges the special Conditions of Participation. Asparagus GmbH is entitled to remove items from the booth, if the display contradicts the principles of competition or the exhibition program. Entry in the exhibitor catalog is mandatory also for co-exhibitors at a cost of € 100.00 which will be invoiced to the main exhibitor.

7 Admission
Only companies, associations and institutions can be admitted to the exhibition.
The organizer decides on the admission to the event and the placement at his own discretion. There is no legal entitlement to admission.

8 Exhibit Space Costs
For the net exhibit space rental cost please refer to the registration form

9 Terms of Payment
(a) All prices are exclusive of VAT to the extent required by law.
(b) Invoices are created after approval. All invoices are immediately due upon receipt without deduction. If the invoice is not settled by the exhibitor within 30 days of receipt, the exhibitor shall be considered as being in default without a reminder.
(c) Booth set-up can take place only after payment of the invoice. Important for foreign exhibitors: As a result of the change in the value-added tax act, trade fair services to exhibitors in EU acceding territories are invoiced without VAT. An invoice without VAT is only possible if exhibitors have a valid address, legal form and VAT identification number. This number must be entered in the registration form.

10 Early termination of the rental Agreement
Exhibitor non-participation does not absolve the exhibitor from its contractual obligations. In particular, the exhibitor remains obligated to the pay the contractual fees.

11 Advertising Package / Exhibitor Catalog
With the advertising package, Asparagus GmbH offers its exhibitors
a package of selected marketing tools for optimizing trade fair participation and the presence in the market. The advertising package includes the presentation in the official catalogue and in the internet catalogue. The advertising package includes the representation in the official catalogue and in the internet catalogue. Entry in the catalogue and in the internet catalogue is mandatory for exhibitors and co-exhibitors. For this, a fee of € 100.00 will be charged. Additionally, opportunities exist to display ads in the catalogue.
Please use the corresponding order form in the registration documents to place advertisements.

12 Exhibitor Passes
Exhibitor passes are free. They are valid for the period from the
first day to the last day of the event.
They must be presented on demand.

13 Services
Services for power and water connections, forklift trucks, etc. must be ordered with the registration form. The trade fair management reserves the right to
execute orders by third parties. Securing and cleaning the booth
and exhibition goods is the responsibility of the exhibitor.

14 Further Explanations for Exhibitor Parking
Parking permits must be requested.
The use of parking areas is at your own risk.
Vehicles must be parked in designated parking places for cars, buses, vans,
car trailers, trucks as well as mobile homes and caravans.
Advertising ban:
During the event, parking of vehicles with promotional displays is prohibited in all parking areas. In the event of infringement, vehicles will be towed at a fee.

15 Cleaning / Waste Disposal
Exhibitors are obligated to use mats for greasy/oily exhibits.
Any kind of contamination of the exhibit hall and outside areas is prohibited.
The exhibitor is liable for any cleaning costs.
All exhibitors are obligated to collect and dispose of waste they
produce separated into groups in garbage bags or Containers.

16 Safety regulations
The speed limit in the exhibition area for loading and unloading is a maximum of 5 km/h. StVO applies.
Delivery vehicles must be removed from the access area after speedy unloading. During opening hours all road traffic on the exhibition grounds is prohibited.
All aisles, doors, emergency exits, emergency lighting and fire-fighting equipment must be directly accessible and clearly visible.
Aisles must be kept clear for use as rescue routes.
Transparent and company signs are not allowed to protrude from the booth.
Advertising balloons may not be filled with helium.

17 GEMA Fees
Musical or technical video demonstrations or the playback of radio and television broadcasts must be approved by GEMA.

18 Noise Nuisance
The volume for product presentations at any time must be dimensioned in such
a way that adjacent exhibitors will not be disturbed.

19 Set-up / Design
In the interest of a representative overall appearance of the fair,
the exhibitor is bound to the approval of the organizer and its instructions.
For objects exceeding the standard height of 2.50 m,
written approval is required by the organizer. Booth set-up
must be completed not later than September 3, 2019 at 8:00 pm.
At this time, booths must be cleaned and all packaging materials removed.
If the exhibitor has not started setting up a booth by 3:00 pm on Sept. 3, 2019,
the organizer otherwise is entitled to assign the space to someone
else without waiving the exhibitor’s obligation to pay the fee.

20  Dismantle
Dismantling of the booth can only start at the end of the event at 5:00 pm.
The original state of the exhibition space must be restored.
Dismantle and removal of goods brought in by the exhibitor
must be completed by 12:00 pm on Sept. 6th.

21  Verbal Agreements
Deviations from the contents of these terms and conditions are only
binding if they are confirmed in writing by Asparagus Handels- und
Vertriebs GmbH. Verbal agreements must be confirmed in writing by the organizer in order to obtain validity.

22 Exclusion of Liability
Asparagus Handels- und Vertriebs GmbH does not assume any duty for
exhibition goods and booth equipment.
